Growing up as a musician in non-profit spaces and learning what it takes to enter arts spaces can be intimidating for some people. Elevator Music is a community arts event that aims to create accessible performance art for patrons living in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. The event will feature a line up of two performances with queer singer songwriter Sophia Eiss and the Marc Perez Quartet accompanied by Nick Kraul on piano, Matt Wilson on bass, and Cy Thompson on drums. Their soulful sounds will elevate audiences and also allow them the platform to tell their beautiful stories.
